KEEP MOVING! 5 Things to do when you're losing motivation.

Hey, how's the race going? I know life can be tough sometimes, you may feel overwhelmed by the situation of things around you. You may feel like giving up the fight, you may feel like letting go, but I want you to know that the feeling is normal. Everyone has that desire once in a while. I know it may be tough but you've got to keep going. You've got this.

Keep going, don't you stop moving. You've got what it takes. You can get there.

You're gonna get tired along the way, you're going to feel some pain but don't stop. Don't give up now. You've made progress, you are not where you used to be, you are almost there.

Don't give up now, you're approaching the finish line, focus on the prize. Keep taking those steps, your legs may become heavy, you may be tired but DON'T STOP.

You know why you started this race, you know what's in it for you,  you know you've got what it takes to win.

So, I'm here to remind you; you can do it. It was never meant to be easy, easy is for the weak, its for babies, its for beginners but you; YOU ARE A CHAMPION and champions fight big fights and have great victories.

Champions are champions because they faced their fears, fought their battles, ran their race and won.

Here are 5 things you should do when you are losing motivation.

1. PRAY: Do you believe in prayer? Prayer has such a great power to change situations around. Pray for the strength to keep moving. Make some affirmations, say positive things about yourself. 

2. PAUSE: Its okay to be tired, its okay to feel stressed out sometimes but whenever you are, you should learn to take a pause. When you pause, look around you, see how far you've gone, see what you've achieved, see where you're coming from. 

3. THINK: Simon Sinek is famous for saying, "it starts with why." Think about why you started. Is it a business, is it a fitness plan or a relationship? Whatever it is. If you had a good reason to start, you will find the motivation to finish.

4. RELAX: Take things slow and steady. Relax your body, relax your mind. Relaxation helps you regain energy. Don't overwork yourself, keep moving, keep making progress but don't overwork yourself. 

5. PLAY: Life is too short to let it slip by without you having some fun. Yes, there's a goal to accomplish but a quality time spent doing what you love will go a long way in giving you the right amount of energy you need to keep moving. Your strength comes from within and so is happiness, it comes from inside-out. Create time to do things that you love.
