Hey, how's the race going? I know life can be tough sometimes, you may feel overwhelmed by the situation of things around you. You may feel like giving up the fight, you may feel like letting go, but I want you to know that the feeling is normal. Everyone has that desire once in a while. I know it may be tough but you've got to keep going. You've got this. Keep going, don't you stop moving. You've got what it takes. You can get there. You're gonna get tired along the way, you're going to feel some pain but don't stop. Don't give up now. You've made progress, you are not where you used to be, you are almost there. Don't give up now, you're approaching the finish line, focus on the prize. Keep taking those steps, your legs may become heavy, you may be tired but DON'T STOP.
